For 17 years, 470 seats in the original Cabrillo theater have been sitting behind locked doors.

 

Maybe you saw your first musical at the original Cabrillo theater. Maybe you performed on that stage, played in the orchestra, built scenery, took a class or sat in those seats waiting for the lights to go down.

Maybe you’ve never stepped through its doors.

Either way, the question is the same: What should happen to the original Cabrillo Theater?

Maybe before the college decides what becomes of it, we should find out how many people are waiting for those doors to open again.
