"Be present in the now and be kind to yourself and others."

I feel now, in my 50’s, I can speak my voice – my opinion – without caring to agree with anyone else.
What hardships have you endured that you feel have made you stronger?
I have lost many people I’ve loved in my life. The void can be unbearable. I’ve learned that even if the physical presence of someone is gone, the love is still there. Focus on that – focus on the love and it will strengthen you.

My pet rabbit, Lyra.
What's your favorite thing you have checked off your bucket list?

The trait I’m most proud of myself for now is I’m becoming more forgiving.

Their ears for listening and their unconditional love.

I would love myself more and my self talk would be kind.
What is your favorite motto or quote?
