Advice to younger women....
Stop. Take a good look at yourself in a full length mirror. Assess. Then...think back ten years. How did you look then? How did you feel about how you looked? Probably critical. Probably had a few things that could be better.
NOW. You see yourself ten years ago and you can appreciate your beauty with no flaws because you are not there at that time – you are ten years older with more “flaws” or “aging.” Assess. Look again in that mirror today. You are beautiful. Right here - right now! When you look back at yourself ten years from now you will wonder, yet again, at how you could’ve been so hard on yourself and not seen how wonderful you are at the time! Live in the now. Appreciate your beauty at whatever age you’re at and embrace it with all you have!
