"Aging...I am digging it. There is so much less pressure to compete, to finish it all, to make it perfect. That shit is exhausting. 

I have taken the pressure off of myself.  I am way more down for being present, being love, being right here right now, being of service, taking care of myself, having fun. Surrounding myself with like minded folks is what brings me peace of mind and happiness."

What is the best thing about being your age?

Not taking everything so damn seriously.

What's your favorite thing you have checked off your bucket list?

Snorkeling in the Carribean and Hawaii

What is your most treasured possession?

My recovery 11/2/91.

What is a trait you are most proud of?

I'm safe.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I'm a work in progress.  Change is constant.

What do you most value in your friends?

The laughter, the fun, the sharing of secrets, speaking Truth and loving each other through all of it.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Go play!
