What is the best thing about being your age?

Being comfortable in my skin is truly a gift. As well, I have found the power of manifestation works!

What hardships have you endured that you feel have made you stronger?

Being a women in a male dominated career has never been easy, but not allowing that to get the best of me and to leveraging it into a refined focus has brought me success.

Favorite thing you've checked off your bucket list?

International travel The first time I was in an airport as a child, I was in awe. Everyone was rushing around with purpose and I felt that I had found home.

 

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Walking down the beach, watching my dogs enjoying the journey.

What is your most treasured possession?

My health.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

My capacity to love, myself and others.

What is your greatest extravagance?

Traveling to new places and eating out at restaurants.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

That I would be better regimented.

What is a trait you are most proud of? My resilience.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Stay focused, be mindful of your thoughts, actions, and emotions, trust your gut, and don't rush "it" (whatever it is).

When things are stressful, nothing is ever as important as it may seem. When emotions are high, take a pause, because many times, feelings change.
