What is the best thing about being your age?

The awareness that every day is new and I get to experience and embrace this beautiful adventure of my life. And this inherent knowing that everything always works out.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Being present in every moment, living wholeheartedly and in awe of all that is around me! Oh, and lots of laughter!! Life is suppose to be fun!!

What is your most treasured possession?

Well I always say that my children are my most treasured GIFTS . They bring joy to my heart daily!

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

I believe that I am always evolving so to say change one thing… well there are and have been many!! Life has provided me opportunities to reflect on the lessons and to grow as a person.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I would say to be myself , to love and hold true to who I am and to have the confidence to use my voice effectively in challenging situations.
